Business Models

Contract Design Services. ICPower responsibilities may range from the design of specific circuit blocks to ownership of an entire IC. The design cycle may optionally include definition of an IC specification, delivery of a test plan, and characterization of packaged or bare die samples.

ICPower also may perform tasks in performance analysis and optimization, failure analysis and troubleshooting, and validation.

Custom Proprietary Product Development. ICPower may perform the definition and design of a complete IC and/or system architecture to customer specifications.

Technology Licensing. Various licensing agreements may be negotiated regarding ICPower intellectual property.

Engagement Flow

Initial Contact and NDA. Initial contact is made and a representative of ICPower will discuss your needs to determine a fit with our capabilities. An NDA is executed to ensure confidentiality.

Technical/Cost Proposal. ICPower will create a detailed technical and cost proposal which addresses your specific requirements. It will include our approach, statement of work, deliverables, schedule, and costs.

Contract Award. ICPower will work with you to develop a mutually-agreeable contract. It will define the terms and conditions, deliverables, SOW, and payment schedule. ICPower has engaged with customers using fixed bids and on a time and materials basis.
